Delivery Time
All orders are delivered within 2 to 4 working days across Pakistan.
Delivery times may vary slightly due to weather, courier delays, or public holidays, but we always strive to ensure timely arrival.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 24 hours after confirmation.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking update through call, SMS, or WhatsApp, depending on availability.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges may vary depending on your location, order weight, or ongoing promotions. Any applicable charges will be clearly shown at checkout.
Advance Payment
Some orders may require a Rs. 1000 advance to confirm dispatch. This helps us prevent fraudulent or unclaimed orders and ensures faster processing. The advance amount is fully refundable according to our Refund Policy.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery is available for most areas across Pakistan.
For remote or high-risk areas, partial advance may be required.
Failed Delivery Attempts
If you are unreachable or unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier will attempt re-delivery. Continuous failed attempts may result in order cancellation.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact our support team within 48 hours with your order number and issue details. We will arrange a replacement or explain the return process.
